The Small Studio Type Condo Unit

This is a personal project wherein I designed a simple Studio Unit in order to test out Blender’s EEVEE Render Engine in Animations. It was bit challenging to get realistic results with this engine. There were a lot of tweaking made to get to this results. For this project I didn’t use the Irradiance Volume, rather I used point lights to simulate the bounces of the lights.

I also tried using the SSGI Plugin for this project but I was getting some artifacts with the lighting while the camera was panning or moving. I guess this was because it’s relying on what the camera can see, hence it is a Screen Space Global Illumination. For Still Images, I think this is a great solution for rendering multiple views in a fast manner.
